You can share PUBG with your friend if you have their Xbox set as your 'Home Xbox.' Go to Settings > Personalization > My Home Xbox, and you’re good to go!

Honestly, the best way to share is to simply have your friend download PUBG directly from the Xbox Store. It's free, after all!

Easy peasy! Just go to the Xbox Home, hit the menu button while highlighting PUBG, then select 'Manage Game & Add-ons.' From there, choose 'Copy' and select the drive you want to copy to. Done!
