Check Pokémon stats by appraising them through your team leader—they'll give you a star rating. To find 3-star Pokémon, catch as many as possible and keep appraising!
Use Pinap Berries and focus on raids and wild catches during events. These tend to have higher IVs, giving you a better chance at 3 stars.
You don’t need 3-star Pokémon to enjoy the game. Just have fun and catch what you can!
