Shadow Orbs can be found in the Corruption biomes, those spooky purple areas with the eerie music. You'll need to break through some Ebonstone blocks to get to them, which means you'll need at least a Nightmare Pickaxe or some bombs to blast your way through. Be ready for a fight though, smashing a Shadow Orb can spawn a boss!

Just bomb your way down to the Corruption's chasms. Shadow Orbs are those glowing purple spheres. Easy to spot once you're there. No need for fancy tools, just a good ol' pile of bombs.

Honestly, y'all are overthinking it. Just get some bombs, find a big purple area (Corruption), and start throwing them till you find the glowy orbs. Easy. Plus, smashing them might get you some cool gear.

Pro tip: When you find a Shadow Orb, consider leaving one intact if you're not ready to fight the Eater of Worlds yet. Breaking three of them will summon this boss, and it's a tough fight if you're not prepared!
