Wander around your island during these hours, and you might spot one. If you're looking for an island full of them, try visiting a Mystery Island during these months and times. Sometimes, you'll land on a 'Tarantula Island' where these critters spawn in abundance. Just be ready with your net, and approach them slowly so they don't charge!
