I usually save videos when I watch them. If you did that, you can find it in 'Saved' under the menu.
Just scroll through your feed again; the algorithm probably knows you better than you do!
The easiest way is to check your Facebook Watch History. Go to your activity log and filter by 'Videos You've Watched.' There's the treasure chest!
