Voodoo Demons in Terraria are a bit tricky to find because they're specific to the Underworld biome. The best strategy is to just chill in the Underworld and keep an eye out. They look like regular Demons but have a Guide Voodoo Doll dangling beneath them. Make sure you're well-equipped before you go hunting because the Underworld is no joke. Also, building a long, flat surface to run on can help you avoid lava and see them coming.

I found my first Voodoo Demon by accident while mining for Hellstone. They're not as rare as you might think, just be patient and keep exploring the Underworld. The more time you spend there, the higher your chances. Good luck!
