You need to find three flowers: red, blue, and yellow. The red flower spawns randomly during daytime, usually around Middle Town or Pirate Village. The blue flower can be found at night near graveyards or caves. The yellow flower drops randomly when defeating NPCs in the Second Sea!
Just look for red flower in Middle Town during day, blue flower at night near caves, and fight NPCs for yellow.
