Finding an Enchanted Sword Shrine in Terraria requires a bit of luck and exploration. First off, these shrines often spawn in the outer two-thirds of the world, above the underground layer, so start your search there. They're usually encased in stone or dirt blocks with a 1-block-wide path leading up to the shrine itself, which makes spotting them from the surface possible if you're paying close attention. The sword sprite poking out of the ground is a dead giveaway, so keep your eyes peeled as you explore!
