Do the Silver Grove quest and craft Apothics from plants. The shrines appear on Earth in the mission. Easy peasy!
First, get the Silver Grove quest from New Loka. Then, gather plants to craft Apothics and use those at the shrine locations on Earth.
You need to complete the Silver Grove quest. Follow the mission markers and you鈥檒l find the shrine.
