Just go to the asset's page on Roblox and look at the URL. The numbers at the end are the asset ID!

From my experience, the easiest way is to right-click the asset and select 'Copy Asset ID' if you're in Studio.

Go to the Develop section on the Roblox website, find your asset under My Creations, and grab the ID from the URL.
