How to Find Ballet Shoes in Undertale
You can find the Ballet Shoes in the Waterfall area, just before you encounter the big Undyne chase. Look for a hidden path to the right of where the save point is near where you see a waterfall. Inside a small cave, there's a chest with the Ballet Shoes.

Just go to the Waterfall area, near a save point after the room with the piano puzzle. There's a hidden path leading to a small cave. Open the chest there to get the Ballet Shoes.
Found mine in Waterfall. There's a path to the right near the save point, just before the Undyne chase. There's a chest in a hidden cave with the shoes.
Just check behind the waterfall in the Waterfall area. Easy peasy!
