Click on the little down arrow in the top right, go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings. From there, find Blocking on the left menu. You'll get the list of blocked people right there.
You can't. Once they're blocked, they vanish from your Facebook world. It's like magic!
Just go to facebook.com/settings?tab=blocking and you can see all the peeps you've given the boot to.
