My go-to is urban areas or near landmarks like museums and libraries. Nighttime is prime hunting time for Dark types!
Honestly, just wait for an event. Niantic loves those, and the spawn rates go wild for specific types.
I've had good luck finding Dark-type Pokémon during cloudy weather. Don't forget to use Incense for even better odds!
