Check the 'Recently Deleted' folder! Instagram keeps deleted stories for 30 days before they vanish forever. Just head to your profile, tap the menu, go to 'Settings,' and then 'Account.' You'll see 'Recently Deleted' there!
I once thought my story was lost for good, but I found it in the 'Recently Deleted' section within that 30-day window. Lifesaver!
