Sorry to break it to you, but if you truly deleted a message, it's gone for good. Facebook doesn't provide a way to recover permanently deleted messages.
I've been there! One time, I thought I lost an important message, but I found it in the 'Archived Chats' section on Messenger. Try looking there first!
Check your email notifications. If you have email notifications enabled, Facebook might have sent you an email with the content of the messages you received before they got erased.
