Head to the mission 'E Gate' on Venus. It's a Dark Sector Defense mission; you'll find plenty of Eximus units there!

Try the 'Venera' mission on Venus. It's an Infested Defense, so you should encounter Eximus units quite often!

Honestly, Eximus units are just rare on Venus. Go to 'Sedna' or 'Jupiter' for better chances.

My go-to is the 'Ishtar' mission. It's a low-level Capture mission, and I always seem to run into a few Eximus units there!
