Check your chat history for messages you might have exchanged. If the conversation still exists, you can usually click on their profile from there and re-add!
I deleted a friend by mistake and found them again by checking mutual friends' friend lists. It takes a bit of detective work, but it can be done!
Honestly, if you can't remember who you deleted, they probably weren't that close to begin with. Just start fresh!
