How to Find Ice Golems in Terraria
Ice Golems spawn in the Snow Biome during a Blizzard! Make sure you're there when it's storming. They're rare, but with patience, you'll find them. A good tip is to build a long flat surface in the Snow Biome so you have a clear area to fight and find them. Good luck, and bundle up!

Just wait for a blizzard in the Snow Biome, they'll show up eventually. Bring warm gear and lots of patience!
Honestly, just build a big platform and run back and forth during a blizzard. They take a while to spawn sometimes, but that's how I found mine. Also, prep with decent weapons cause they hit hard.
