Finding a linear equation with two points is pretty easy! Just use the formula for the slope, m = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1), and then use point-slope form, y - y1 = m(x - x1), to plug in one of the points.

I've done this a bunch! First, find the slope (m), then use y = mx + b. Take one of the points, plug in the x and y values, and solve for b. Easy peasy!
