To find live videos on Instagram, check the top of your feed for profile pictures with a colorful ring around them. If you see 'Live' under someone's name, they're currently streaming!
You can also visit the Explore page (the magnifying glass icon) and scroll down to the 'IGTV & Reels' section. Lives often pop up there.
