To find the Lunatic Cultist, you gotta head to the Dungeon entrance after beating the Golem boss. Look out for the Cultists that hang around the entrance; beat them up, and the Lunatic Cultist will spawn right after. It's like ringing the dinner bell for a boss fight!

Just beat the Cultists at the Dungeon's entrance. The Lunatic Cultist shows up right after. Simple as that.

Finding the Lunatic Cultist isn't hard. After defeating Golem, go to the Dungeon where you'll see some cultist NPCs chilling outside. Wipe them out, and your main guy, the Lunatic Cultist, will appear. Took me a few tries, but that's the gist - kick the cultist party off, and the boss arrives, ready to rumble.
