How to Find My Contacts on Instagram
You can find your contacts on Instagram by syncing your phone contacts with the app. Just head to your profile, tap on the three horizontal lines (hamburger icon) in the top-right corner, go to 'Settings,' then 'Account,' and finally 'Contacts Syncing.' Slide the toggle to enable contact syncing, and it'll show you which of your contacts are on Instagram!
