Easy peasy! Open Steam and click on 'View Friends List' from the bottom right corner. Then, hit that big '+ Add A Friend' button at the top of the Friends List window, and boom - you'll see your friend code right at the top, ready to be copied and shared.

Just look in the mirror and ask yourself, 'What is my Steam friend code?' Jokes aside, click your username in Steam, go to 'Friends,' then 'Add a Friend,' and there it is - your digital friendship bracelet.

Pro tip: Don't actually look in the mirror for your friend code. Steam doesn't use mirror tech... yet. Instead, follow the detailed steps in the other answers and you'll be sharing that code in no time.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
