The easiest way to retrieve your Xbox 360 account is to remember the email you used and use it to reset your password on the Microsoft account recovery page. Good luck, gamer!

I had a similar issue. I reached out to Xbox Support, provided my gamertag and linked email, and they were able to help me recover it quickly.

Contact Xbox Support with as much information as you can remember about your account (gamertag, associated email, etc.). They'll help you recover it.
