I do this all the time. Just head to your profile, hit 'Activity Log,' and filter by posts. All your content is right there!
Profile > Activity Log. That's it. You're welcome.
Why so complicated? Just scroll down your profile page. Takes longer but same result.
Open your profile and tap on 'Activity Log'. You'll find your posts listed chronologically. Easy-peasy!
