To find neighbors in State of Decay 2, just drive around the map and listen for distress calls. They'll pop up on the map as enclaves!
Neighbors? Just make some noise! Seriously, fire a gun or drive a loud car, zombies aren't the only ones who'll come running.
Neighbors will often appear as missions on your map. Keep an eye out for question marks and new missions.
