Open Facebook, go to 'Settings & Privacy', then 'Settings'. Under 'Contact', you should find your Facebook email.
It's in your Settings under 'General Account Settings'. Easy-peasy, you'll see your email listed there.
Just ask one of your friends to check your email in the 'About' section of your profile. Worked for me!
