Check your old messages. If their name turns into plain text without a link, they've probably hit the block button.
Based on my experience, if their comments and likes disappear from your posts, it's a strong hint they blocked you.
Can't find their profile? Try searching their name. If you can't see it but others can, you might be blocked!
