Looking for friends on Steam? Easy peasy! Just fire up your Steam client, and click on 'View' at the top. Then, select 'Friends' and click 'Add a Friend'. Here, you can enter your friend's Steam username or their unique Friend Code. If you know their real name and they've added it to their profile, that works too! Steam will then pull up a list of users matching your search, and you can add them right away. Happy gaming!

Just use the search bar, type their name or username. If they have a common name, good luck sorting through all those results!

Honestly, finding friends on Steam can be a pain if you don't have their exact username or Friend Code. Pro tip: Ask for their Friend Code directly; it's the easiest way to add them without sifting through a million John Does.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
