How to find a person in Skype
Super easy! Just open Skype, click on the search bar at the top, and type in the person's name, email, or Skype ID. You'll see a list of matching contacts – pick the right one and hit 'Add to Contacts.'

Use the search bar in Skype, type their full name or Skype username, and add them from the results. Worked for me every time!
Honestly, just ask them for their Skype ID. Saves a lot of searching.
