In Undertale, the piano room is in the Waterfall area. After you find the statue being rained on, enter the room to the right. Easy peasy!

To find the piano room in Undertale, head to Waterfall. Look for the room with the statue that's getting rained on. The entrance to the piano room is right next to it!
