Super easy! Just sign into your PS3, go to 'Account Management' under 'PlayStation Network', and you'll see your PSN ID right there.

Log in on your PS3, navigate to the 'Friends' tab, and look there鈥攜our PSN ID will be displayed alongside your avatar.
