From personal experience, simply open your PlayStation app on your smartphone. Your PSN ID will be displayed on the main screen after logging in.

Easy peasy! Just log into your PS4 or PS5, navigate to 'Settings,' then 'Account Management,' and finally 'Account Information.' Your PSN username should be right there!
