To find your PUBG GeForce Highlights, open up the GeForce Experience overlay (Alt+Z), click on the 'Gallery' icon, and you should see your captured highlights there.

I usually find my PUBG GeForce Highlights in the Videos folder on my computer. Navigate to 'This PC', 'Videos', then 'PUBG' and voila!
