If x1 and x2 are your x-intercepts, the quadratic equation is (x - x1)(x - x2) = 0. Easy peasy!

From personal experience: once you have the x-intercepts, the formula y = a(x - x1)(x - x2) never fails. Just remember to determine 'a' for accuracy!
