Most quests in Dragon Ball Online are marked by NPCs with exclamation points over their heads. Just head towards those on your map!
Just look for the yellow exclamation marks (!) on your map. They'll point you straight to the quests waiting for you!
Honestly, I just wander around until I bump into an exclamation point or two. Adventure is out there!
