To find Roblox image IDs, just upload the image to Roblox. Once it's uploaded, go to the 'Create' page, find your image in 'Decals,' and the number at the end of the URL is your image ID!

You can find the image ID by inspecting the URL of the decal page on the Roblox website. The number at the end of the URL is what you need.
