I always find a good haul in the Lost River biome. Dive deep, stay alert, and the rubies will practically call to you.
Check out the Sea Treader's Path. Those big, lumbering creatures sometimes stomp over some rubies, making them easy to snag.
Just swim around! Seriously, explore different areas like the Grand Reef, Blood Kelp Zones, and you’ll find 'em.
I usually go to the Sparse Reef. There's a lot less danger, and you can pick up rubies without too much hassle.
