You can't search directly by display name, but a good trick is to use the People tab on the Roblox website and type their display name there. Sometimes users have a unique enough display name that it shows up. Otherwise, you may need to ask for their username directly.
Display names are just for show! You'll have better luck finding someone by their username or through mutual friends.
Good luck! They don't make it easy to find people by display name alone. Maybe try connecting through mutual games or groups.
