Finding the Suspicious Looking Eye in Terraria is actually part of the fun! The easiest way is by smashing Crimson Hearts or Shadow Orbs found in the Corruption/Crimson biomes. They sometimes drop after you break them. Another way is by crafting it at a Demon or Crimson Altar using 6 Lenses from Demon Eyes that fly around at night. So, keep your eyes peeled at night, and happy smashing in the biomes!

Honestly, I never bother finding it. Terraria is about creativity, not hunting down specific items. Enjoy the exploration!

Pro tip from someone who's been there: focus on gathering Lenses at night. Demon Eyes are everywhere after dark. Then, just craft the eye. It's way more reliable than hoping for a drop from smashing things in dark, creepy biomes.

Just craft it, dude. Seriously, chasing down Crimson Hearts or Shadow Orbs is a hassle. Grab 6 Lenses from those pesky Demon Eyes at night and head to a Demon/Crimson Altar. Boom, you've got your Suspicious Looking Eye without the drama of spelunking.
