To get a swimming pool in Sims FreePlay, first, you need to reach Level 20. Once you hit Level 20, complete the 'It's All Going Swimmingly' quest to unlock the pool-building option!
Just hit Level 20 and complete the 'It's All Going Swimmingly' quest. Then, head over to the Home Store, tap on the Outdoor section, and build your pool!
You can't get a swimming pool until you reach Level 20 and complete the 'It's All Going Swimmingly' quest. After that, it's in the Home Store under Outdoor!
