To find the Amalgamates in Undertale, head to the True Lab, which is unlocked after defeating Asgore but before the final boss if you're on the True Pacifist route. You'll find it behind the elevator in New Home. Good luck!

Just follow the True Pacifist route. The True Lab unlocks the Amalgamates. Simple as that.
I remember finding the Amalgamates as part of the True Pacifist route. You need to make sure you've befriended Papyrus, Undyne, and Alphys. Then, the entrance to the True Lab opens in Alphys' Lab.
Go to the True Lab in the True Pacifist route. It's behind Alphys' Lab. Creepy place but worth it!
