Settings > Blocking. Easy peasy.
Open Facebook, click the little triangle at the top right, go to 'Settings & Privacy,' then 'Settings,' and finally 'Blocking.' You'll see the list of blocked friends there.
I've been there. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Blocking. You鈥檒l find the blocked list ready for review.
