Head to the Blood Kelp Zone and dive between 800m and 1000m. Watch out for Warpers and Ghost Leviathans, though. Have fun!

Go to the northern Blood Kelp Zone and look for the big green cove tree. The facility is deep below it. Bring lots of batteries!
