Found it easily when I parachuted near the grid coordinates H3 on the Erangel map. Lots of loot and some great hiding spots down there!

Shelter's hidden underground! Look for a big building near the center of the Erangel map and find the massive white building, then find the stairs leading down.

Honestly, it's not hard. Just land in Erangel and head to the tall building in the middle of the map. You'll find the entrance leading underground.
