Finding the Witch Doctor in Terraria is like a mini adventure! You gotta defeat the Queen Bee boss in the Jungle biome first. After you show the Queen who's boss, the Witch Doctor NPC will spawn anywhere in the world. But hey, if you want him to move into your fancy NPC hotel, make sure you have an empty house for him. This guy loves the Jungle, so if you place his house in the Jungle biome at night, he'll even sell you some exclusive items!
