You can find those Thumpers on the Plains of Eidolon. They usually appear during the daytime and can be identified by the loud noises they create.
Bruh, they are just chilling in the Plains of Eidolon. You'll see 'em stompin' around, especially near Grineer camps.
I was farming in the Plains of Eidolon last week and ran into a Thumper near Gara Toht Lake. They're usually in open areas.
Just go to the Plains of Eidolon. Look for big stompy machines during the day.
