Finding tools in Steam is a breeze! Just open up your Steam client and click on the 'Library' tab. Once there, you'll notice a dropdown menu right above the search bar. Click it, and instead of 'Games', select 'Tools'. Voila, a list of all available tools will appear, ready for you to browse through and install the ones you need!

Just hit up the Library tab and switch from 'Games' to 'Tools' in the dropdown. Easy peasy.

Honestly, why bother? Most tools you'd want are probably easier to find and use outside of Steam.
