Run around the Forest. That's it. He spawns there. Just look around.
Honestly, finding the Unconscious Man is a bit of luck. I found him near my spawn point after a Blood Moon night. I'm not saying Blood Moons make him spawn, but who knows? Terraria loves its randomness.
