Try searching their username on Roblox and see if you can still find their profile. If you can, you'll see they're not on your friend list anymore.
Unfortunately, there's no notification or way to see who unfriended you. Just gotta move on and make new friends!
Check your chat history! If you had conversations with them, you can find their profile and see if you're still friends.
